Overview: UNIQLO launched its business in Vietnam in December 2019 with its first store in Ho Chi Minh City. The expansion project to Vietnam began in early 2018, and after a year and a half of preparation, UNIQLO finally came to Vietnam with anticipation of a positive customer response. In the first place, what points did UNIQLO place importance on when deciding on new market entry? Also, when expanding into Vietnam, what points did it pay attention to? How UNIQLO takes its philosophy into account to recruit and train talented Vietnamese?
