The lectures present (in the morning) (i) basics and practices of international legal dispute resolution including settlement by judgement and commercial arbitration. It also referrers recent arbitration trend of Asia, including Vietnam, Japan and China, and (ii) recent Japanese immigration law and system of foreign workers. (in the afternoon) fundamental understanding of legal aspect of M&A including comparison between Vietnam and Japan and recent legal movement, from viewpoint of enterprise law, securities law, competition law and investment law.
Language: Japanese-Vietnamese (Sequential interpretation) or English. Slides are written in English or both Japanese and Vietnamese.
